Effective September 3, 2024, new forms must be used for a Notice of Petition and Petition is summary landlord and tenant proceedings.
The forms are available on the New York Court's website at https://ww2.nycourts.gov/forms/landlordtenant/index.shtml
The changes were made in AO/205/24, an Administrative Order of the Chief Administrative Judge, dated July 2, 2024
