(1) Year-to-Date Stats
The screen capture below shows 3 things: (1) This website was started in February 2022. (2) It started gaining traction in March 2022. (3) It had a surge in May 2022.
I shared the year-to-date stats with someone privately about one week ago, and I got this response: "1.2k visitors is impressive!"
Here are the top 3 blog posts since the start of this website:
- Hani Sarji, Record Confirmatory Deed for Specific Devise in NY, Suggests Daniel Reiter in Lawline CLE, May 17, 2022.
- Hani Sarji, Miscellaneous Department of the NY County Surrogate's Court Prohibits E-Filing, April 29, 2022.
- Deborah Innocent & Hani Sarji, Confirmation: Start Date for New York Community Medicaid Lookback is On Hold, March 30, 2022.
(2) May 2022 Stats
The website received a surge of visitors last month (May 2022). Here are the stats for May:
Here are the top 3 blog posts in May 2022:
- Hani Sarji, Record Confirmatory Deed for Specific Devise in NY, Suggests Daniel Reiter in Lawline CLE, May 17, 2022.
- Hani Sarji, Miscellaneous Department of the NY County Surrogate's Court Prohibits E-Filing, April 29, 2022.
- Hani Sarji, Why a Confirmatory Deed Is Superior to an Executor's Deed for Specifically Devised Property in a Solvent Estate, May 18, 2022.
(3) My Thoughts About the Stats
(A) I was happy with the website's performance, even before the surge in May.
(B) One of the top blog posts since the start of the website is co-written with Deborah Innocent. Wills, Trusts, Estates is not just my blog. Every contributor has their own blog.

Over time, other contributors will join this site.
(C) My goals for this website several: (1) Create and curate useful information, (2) spark interesting conversations, (3) provide a platform (i.e., a blog) for professionals who do not have one, (4) add contributors who might have a robust platform but have valuable insight, and (5) keep the site ad-free with support from paid subscribers and affiliate links.
(D) My content-creation strategy is to have regular content, in addition to home-run posts. So, a few days ago, I started a blog post series, WTE Morning 3. The goal of this series is to have a conversation with this website's audience by sharing interesting, timely, or useful information.
(E) I am grateful for the support and encouragement this website has received privately and publicly. A special thank you to Professor Gerry Beyer for sharing my top post with his readers and to Lawline (affiliate link) (and its CEO, David Schnurman) for giving me the permission to share an excerpt of their content for the top post.
(F) I am especially grateful to the paid subscribers. Your monetary support helps to defray some of the costs of running this website, and it encourages and enables me to spend more time developing it.
